Innovation Ambassador (IA) program is a training program for the faculty members in your IIC council. The IA have following subsection, they are

    1. IA Training
    2. IA Change Request
    3. IA Activity Progress

1 IA Training


If you press IA training, you will reach to this page. In this page there are four sub-section, they are

    1. Basic IA Nomination
    2. Advance IA Nomination 
    3. Upskilling IA Nomination
    4. Reskilling IA Nomination



1.1 Basic IA Nomination


In this section you can add your IIC faculty members for the basic level training. You can add the faculty for the basic level training by following the steps given below,

  • First choose the first drop down list box and choose the option named as "Foundation Level".
  • Then choose the faculty name from the drop down list named as "Select IIC member".
  • If you want to add a faculty who is not listed here, you have to add those persons in you My council page. Please refer "Add Teaching/Non Teaching Member" for how to add a member to your my council section.
  • After choosing the faculty you want to train, you have to press "Submit" button.
  • Now the faculty will be added to your list. You can add up-to 10 basic level training members.



  • That faculty will receive an email with the login credentials for the IA portal.
  • In that mail you can find the link for the portal and also you can find the login credentials for that portal.



  • If you want to edit the details of the already existing faculty you can press "Edit" button. If you want to delete the faculty you can press "Delete" button.
  • The faculty who were added by you will have their own login credentials for the IA portal, they have to login to the portal and complete the training session by watching the video and the have to take an assessment.
  • After completing all the assessment, they can download the certificate from their portal itself.




1.2 Advance IA Nomination 


In the advance level, you don't need to separately add any faculty. The faculty who all successfully completed the basic level training in the previous academic year will be automatically eligible for the advance level training.

Ask your faculty to login to their IA training portal for the advance level training.

2 IA Change Request


  1. If an Innovation Ambassador wants to change their institute who has registered in other institute then follow this procedure.
  2. To reach to this page, you can click on "IA change Request" under the Innovation Ambassador menu. Please see the image for the navigation.
  3. The IA has to post an request at their respective IA portal. Refer "IA change request" section.



  1. Once this step is done, you may see the request this section.
  2. You can accept the request by pressing "Approve" button.
  3. If you want to disapprove, then you may press "Disapprove" button.
  4. Once you have accepted the request, the accepted request will be transferred to "Accepted Innovation Ambassador Request" table. Refer the image given below for the same.
  5. Once successfully accepted then that person details can been transferred, then you can also see their name on the IA Training table also.
