To add/update faculty member details please follow the procedure.



To update your president and institute details you can refer this document



For Newly registered Institute


If you are a newly registered institute follow this procedure. Or if you feel to change some details of your institute you can change.


Press "My Council" under the menu and you will be reaching "Institute Details" sub-tab by default.



  • Now press "Update Institute / President Details" button.
  • You will be presented with a form to fill.
  • Form will require the following details,
    1. Incubation & Innovation facilities in Campus
    2. Accreditation (Upload accreditation certificate of both NBA and NAAC) (Optional) - If you have accreditation you have to upload the document
    3. National Ranking (Optional) - If you have ave to mention the ranking
    4. Nominate President for IIC
      • Name 
      • Mail
      • Contact
      • Designation
      • Gender
    1. Institute Details
      • Approval type
      • Institute Type
      • Sub Type
      • Course offered
      • Institute website address
      • AICTE approved program. If  yes you are required to enter the Institute permanent ID.



  • After competing all the above mentioned details press "Submit" button.
  • You will receive a success message. 


The next point is applicable if you are a newly registered institute.

  • After successful completion of the "Update Institute / President Details" the indication will turn from "red cross" to "green tick" mark . This is an indication for the successful update of that step.
  • If you receive any error, refer the "Error Solution" document.


Now you have to wait for the zonal coordinator to approve your institute, after their approval you have to update some more details/steps.

In case you do not see these tabs contact your Zonal Co-ordinator.




For Existing Institute


  • If you want to change the institute details you can change by the above mentioned steps
  • But if you want to change the president details. We prefer you to follow the procedure mentioned under "President Details"
  • If you want to complete the rest of the sub-tabs then refer "Council Meeting" document
