If you are facing any issues in this IIC portal or any other IIC related you can refer the following steps to rise the query and to get the solution for those queries.

To reach to this page you can find "Suggestions" option under the menu list, after pressing that you will reach to the suggestions page. You can refer the image given below for navigation.


If the page looks like the image given below (i.e. there is no suggestions in the table) ,that means you have not created / raised and queries. To raise a query you have to follow the below mentioned steps.



  • Press "Submit your Suggestion" button. After pressing that you will get a form with the following details,
    • Type of query
      • IIC Portal
      • IIC Related
    • Subject
    • Message
    • Upload related attachment (Optional)
  • After completing all the above mentioned details you can press "Submit" button.
  • After successful submission you will get a success message.



  • After the successful submission you can find the submitted report like the image given below. 
  • You can submit as many queries as you wish, but don't report again the same issues if the query is in pending state.
  • You can follow the query in this page itself.



  • After your successful submission you will receive a success message.
  • You can check the status in this page, you can find the reply from the IIC under the "Remark" column and the status of your report under "Status" column.
  • If the status is "1" that means your query is been resolved. If it is "0" then your query is not yet resolved and it is under progress.
  • You can find the remark / comment that have been sent by the IIC for that particular query.
  • Please refer the image given below, so that you can understand how the status will look like.



  • If you want to replay to the comment / remark the IIC have sent, you can press "Reply" button. After that you will get a pop up box containing "Subject" and the "Message". You can type your reply under "Message" text field.



  • You can also see the conversation that you have done for that particular query by clicking on the eye icon under view replies column.
  • After pressing that eye icon you will get a pop-up window containing all the replies / conversation you have had for that particular query.
